Concerning the privacy policy

  • K trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ”KT”) recognizes the importance of personal information, and as such, strives to protect in accordance with the following basic policies concerning the obtention, control, and use of those information.
  • Personal information includes information such as: name, address, place of work, business type, work type, telephone number, fax number, email, etc. that can identify the person.

KT will manage the personal information received properly in order to keep them in its system.
  • 4. KT might be able to provide information (including advertisements) to the user who consent to give personal information such as email address to KT by email newsletter or other methods.
  • If the user does not wish to get those information, KT will stop providing information by stopping the use of its service.
  • 5. In order to prevent and correct the loss, destruction, alteration, leak of personal information, KT will take appropriate measures against unauthorized access, virus, etc. and strive to protect personal information.
  • 6. Regarding the handling of personal information, KT will abide by laws and so forth including the Personal Information Protection Law.
